Bruce Foley is a respected Irish singer, guitarist and uilleann piper. He performed with Tommy Sands on low whistle and uilleann pipes, most notably at Madison Square Gardens for Pete Seeger's 90th birthday celebration. He has also appeared in concert with Cherish The Ladies at the Celtic Connections festival and on a Christmas television special aired on TG4 in Ireland.
