SONS OF SOUTHERN ULSTER

Sons of Southern Ulster specialize in songs and stories deeply rooted in time and place. Hailing from Cavan, their debut album, Foundry Folk Songs, was a warts ‘n all examination of the vagaries, and occasional horrors, of a youth spent in a small border town during the dark days of the 1980’s. Their widely acclaimed new album received 4 out 5 Stars in the Irish Times in July 2020.
