
Kez
Kez creates dark folk-electronic music steeped in raw emotion and cinematic atmosphere. Influences range from Enya, Sigur Rós, Lankum, Leonard Cohen, and James Blake. BBC’s Phil Taggart has called Kez “one of Ireland’s next important voices” and Kez has been mentored over the last few years by Grammy Award-winning producer Albhy Galuten. She is a grateful recipient of Galway City Arts Council’s 2025 Bursary Award, which has been put towards recording her debut album, set for release in 2027. Her work has been featured on RTE, The Irish Times, Hot Press, Nialler9, Golden Plec, and more.
