Winner of the RTE/RAAP Breakthrough Bursary Award, Carmen's performance highlights include opening for Billy Ocean and M People in Dublin's Vicar Street. Cloud Ballet was produced by Everett Bradley (Bon Jovi/Bruce Springsteen). Her new album, "Sublime Light" will be released in 2017.
