If I Started From Scratch

If I Started From Scratch is a song about how loneliness affects our lives and how important good relationships are to our health. I felt it was a very relevant topic considering the world we're living in. I feel sad for the people that are part of the "75 year study", in that the lessons we've learned from observing their lives are too late for them. It's too late for them to start from scratch. But, as life starts to return to normality here, it's hopefully not too late for us to take those lessons and reawaken our old connections and relationships. All proceeds from sales will be donated to ALONE. alone.ie ALONE is a national organisation that enables older people to age at home.
