Throwing Snow is back on Mesh with another EP of genre mutations out Friday 3rd April. A follow-up to his 2025 Jackals release, Canines journeys through tangled lineages without ever resting on a single reference. UK sounds pulse strongly throughout, but more than just a nod to any specific time or place, it’s ultimately an exploration of the outer frequencies and pressure points in contemporary electronic music. Just as genres like dub, garage, and techno looked outwards to move forwards, Throwing Snow takes this and that from here and there, pulling threads and memories from moments in dance music and weaving them into new shapes.
