Frieze

'Frieze' was completed in 2006 and released separately on netlabels Audiotong and Open Music in 2008. This was the 2nd album proper from The Last Sound and proves to be reassuringly difficult. It was digitally free in 2008 and remains so now, though it might appear in limited physical form someday... Random notes: - The photo used for the cover was taken in 2003 in the then Nasjonalgalleriet, Oslo (that small painting to the right of the figure is The Scream), and because it was so incredible personally to be there, track 5 is an attempt at describing the feeling of walking the corridors approaching the Munch room - and then standing in it for far too long.
