The year is 2018. The Irregulars have gone completely dark. Where they are mentioned at all, it is with derision, tinged with a barely-perceptible sadness - a once-promising group of young men who threw their dubious talents and good fortunes into the gaping maw of depravity and idleness. Rumours are whispered of deaths, disappearances, agreements with unlawful forces and the work of dark spiritual agents. By now the Irregulars are a name forgotten, or dimly-remembered. Few care enough to enquire after them outside of a small cohort of music nerd followers, and those who enquire find that their back catalogue has been comprehensively deleted.
