Concept electronica meets finely crafted lyrics and smooth vocals in this unique EP from rural and urban Ireland. theSPIRAL produces fractured digital processing of organic analogue synthetics over evolving emotive soundscapes, while Robert Delaney is a Dublin singer-songwriter working with driving synths, well-crafted lyrics and vocals with soulful grit. Early in 2018 producer and label manager David Bickley brought the two of them together to make an EP that weaves a conceptual narrative through four pieces. A remix by theSPIRAL of Robert’s original track, Gold, beautifully completes this new work.
