This is a compilation of pieces developed for the Signal to Noise Loops Project. It is a series of Human-Machine Collaborations made possible through bespoke cybernetic musical systems that unite human performance and composition with techniques and technologies from artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the internet of things. The album art incorporates an illustration from Athanasius Kircher's 1650 work, MVSVRGIA VUNIVERSALIS sive ARS MAGNA CONSONI ET DISSONI. The illustration shows the automated hydraulic organ at Palazzo del Quirinale in Rome. The organ was built in 1598 and has been restored and expanded multiple times since then. It is still in operation today.
