Sean Marx, who has been a vital member of the Silk Royal roster since the label's inception, returns with his second full EP on the imprint. Over the past few years, this talented Dublin native's tracks have been featured on the radio shows of the world's top DJ's, including Above & Beyond, Markus Schulz, & Armin Van Buuren, and have also charted in Beatport's Progressive House Top 100 on various occasions. Cissoko is the title cut and the standout on the release. A suspenseful energy is created in the intro, with an increasingly resonant sustained pad and delayed bassline drop. Suddenly, a lush bassline joins the mix, soon followed by gorgeous chanting African vocals.
