Island of Flowers

Island of Flowers is the 9th studio album from Bangkok-based, Irish multinstrumentalist Seamus O’Muineachain. The album began after O’Muineachain saw his first child on an ultrasound scanner for the first time. “Seeing the baby and hearing the heartbeat for the first time was more inspiring to me as an artist than I had anticipated,” O’Muineachain says. “I started to have vivid visions of land brimming with flowers and life in my dreams.” Centred on themes of flourishing and abundance, Island of Flowers is O’Muineachain’s most optimistic and decadent release to date.
