Satin Shadow's Greatest Hits

Satin Shadow was born in a bad mood during a worse time. The pandemic had flattened the calendar, left us pacing circles in our own homes, our own heads. Somewhere in that murk, Glenn McQuaid and Austin Hearne​, two friends with matching appetites for noise, nonsense, and blasphemy​, started sending files back and forth. One would grunt, the other would shriek. A synth line here, a distorted sermon there. It started as a laugh, then a ritual, then a real thing. We were raised in the long, cold corridor of Irish Catholicism. We know the smell of blood wet stone floors and incense, the sound of lies dressed as lullabies. Satin Shadow isn’t here to reconcile with that.
