“Older ’20” is a reimagining of one of Robert O’Connor’s most personal early songs, originally released during the 'Resistance' era and revisited in 2020 as part of the 'Transcendence' project. The song captures the quiet ache of time passing — returning to familiar places only to be confronted by memories that refuse to fade. Lyrically, it reflects on a relationship that once felt full of possibility, now reframed through distance, maturity, and hindsight. For this version, Robert teamed up with producer Skynem GT to transform the track into a sleek, emotionally restrained electronic piece.
