This 20-minute suite pays homage to the side-long epics of the past, when bands like Pink Floyd, Genesis, and Yes would devote an entire side of vinyl to a single, evolving journey. Multiple movements weave together seamlessly, creating one continuous piece that shifts in mood and texture. "Airways" traverses everything from frenetic house-inspired rhythms to slower, Floyd-like passages, all laced with bursts of chatter, radio static, and strange incidental sounds that blur the edges between songs and atmosphere.
