This recording came about in a typical way. Liam needed to record a band for a college project and Richie volunteered us. We found ourselves in the recording studio behind the Maths building (Logic House). Three of the band (and our roadie Peter) had attended the university (I actually met Peter in a Maths tutorial in that very building 10 years before the recording) and the fourth member had spent a good portion of time there – going to the cinema in the Aula Maxima, walking around the beautiful old campus and drinking milk in the canteen. Old thoughts and memories were stirred. We worked for eight hours on a Saturday and four hours on the Sunday.
