soft stone is a celebration of spring, a letter of thanks. Partially drawing inspiration and reworking from material made in march 2020 when I first started making music: dance/rest is one of the first things I ever made; anniversary marks 10 years of friendship with Vitaly Severov, as well as 10 years of the label Janushoved; 3.3 includes a voice note from march first last year; Postforrest is a cacophony of old and new; Anomalous was made today; Twtwoo02 is the sound a birdie makes (I don’t which one). The photo used is from march 2022, taken in Tobias’ house just as we started coming up on mushrooms (apologies in advance Bias, I’ll probably miss your gig later). Cheers, have a good one!
