Wastee

Patrúin mark their long awaited return with Wastee, from Wastefellow. A trio of marble-cut dance tracks etched out of wonky bass-driven styles on the label’s first release since 2020. Diolmhain Ingram Roche enjoys a cult-like status within Ireland’s underground. A polymath of electronic music, he’s primarily known for releasing experimental pop as Wastefellow and subsequent affiliation with Kojaque’s Soft Boy Records. In recent years, he’s led the no-nonsense band, Really Good Time and toured with them throughout the UK, EU and Ireland. Amidst all this, Wastee has been Diolmhain’s guilty pleasure, a lesser-known project dedicated to strict dancefloor business.
