Nightworker

"Nightworker" is a collection of pieces recorded in the years spanning 2010 and 2019. Some have appeared scattered across the internet on different sites, under different names over the years, invariably appearing and disappearing on a whim. Here they all appear collected for the first time as the first full length Otterans album, a document of the infancy of the project. As with more recent recordings, these were all recorded in the crudest possible fashion - usually a guitar straight into some pedals and into a laptop - and are largely improvised; songs start with a particular phrase or chord sequence and develop from there.
