"As musicians and composers, the Silent Cinema Galway gave us a very special place that broadened our creativity. With Adam and Alex’s support and trust, we and other resident pianists could explore playing and composing in a different way. We selected these 18 themes from some of the films that we performed at Silent Cinema Galway. They served us as a base to improvise and play with variations throughout the scenes, sometimes transforming them, sometimes, intentionally or not, confusing the audience.
