Pulsations

Pulsations was born from some experimentations with the Moog Grandmother in early October by just playing around creating various drones, using different oscillator combinations, filtering, envelopes and subtle modulations. Each one had the same tuning and was just played at different keys. From there other polyphonic synths were used to create deeper or more mysterious atmospheres and an emotional sense, switching from light to dark. A lot of manipulation of the source material and use of FX and careful mixing and arranging resulted in the 50 minute piece, which I hope gives a sense of otherworldly escapism while listening. March 2025 "Pulsations" got a new extended mix & a 24Bit remaster.
