Ophiuchi

Ophiuchi was created in early July of 2022 and sees me exploring deep Ambient soundscapes that also incorporate an experimental Techno/IDM feel with subtle shifting beat motifs that arrive at the halfway point of this long form track. Ophiuchus (/ˌɒfiˈjuːkəs/) is a large constellation straddling the celestial equator. Its name comes from the Ancient Greek ὀφιοῦχος (ophioûkhos), meaning "serpent-bearer", and it is commonly represented as a man grasping a snake.
