Lethe [River Of Forgetfulness]

In Classical Greek, the word lethe (λήθη) literally means "oblivion", "forgetfulness", or "concealment".[3] It is related to the Greek word for "truth", aletheia (ἀλήθεια), which through the privative alpha literally means "un-forgetfulness" or "un-concealment". Lethe was written and recorded in mid March 2022. The initial inspiration came from a found sound experiment, the bubbling water sound that runs as a foundation through the duration of the track. Originally the water recording was pretty pedestrian, an everyday sound that I had to manipulate to create a feeling of perhaps being submerged or sinking in a deep cavernous body of water.
