Drone Ensembles

In recent times I've become interested in the idea of tracks that are based around a foundation of sustained drones/textures, chords etc which are then layered with improvised keys, textures & melodies, found sounds etc but keeping a certain level of minimalism yet rich in atmosphere. In early 2024 I began experimenting with tracks with this technique in mind & from time to time I would add tracks to a folder that I felt fitted the concept. By late 2024 I pretty much had the bones of the album now presented to you, with a little bit of additional mixing in early 2025 and it was completed.
