Beyond The Fourth World

Beyond The Fourth World was born in April 2026 out of some experimental sessions initially with the Doepfer MS-404 exploring its wild modulation & FM capabilities & then performing some improvised electric key style sounds on the Prophet Rev2 which is sort of inspired by the more spiritual other worldly side of Jazz from the 70s like Pharoah Saunders, Alice Coltraine etc. All of these individual recorded passes enabled me to lay down a long form foundation where additional freeform synth bell tones & percussive elements took the piece to a place that drew me into a somewhat hypnotic, calming & almost meditative mind space.
