Abandoned Memories

"Abandoned Memories" was written and recorded in late summer/early autumn of 2023 and sees myself returning to my more introspective reflective improvised style of ambient music with perhaps a hint of Neo classical? The first piece written was "Remember to Forget" and In recent years I seem to have developed an interest/fascination in music composed around a foundation of sustained drones. Although "Remember to Forget" opens with a simple atmospheric chord progression it was the pulsing/bouncing like synth that was essentially the starting point of the track. The piano part was composed over these two elements along with the haunting breathing like voice synth.
