After Clive Graham joined the group, we began what became an occasional series of recording sessions in the studios of a well known broadcasting service. Thanks to a sympathetic studio manager, we were able to make use of ‘dead time’ in the studios at night, with sessions often stretching through the early hours. This release covers our first and second sessions there. On the first session, Clive Hall’s Maplin modular synth gets a rare outing. On the second session, I play a prepared reed organ with electronics.
