Recorded in the summer of 1996 in Homestead studios in Randalstown, Co. Antrim. The album was mixed by Ronan McHugh. This was the band's last album. The front cover shot was taken by Tim Kovar at the (now legendary) Wed Wose cafe on Wicklow Street 'the best veggie breakfast in town'.
