GUERRILLA, the debut ep from MARKIEVICZ, is a project that has been in the works subconsciously for years - bubbling under the surface as xcaliber, J.F.O and objectsnwo formed their sound and sharpened their swords. Since meeting in 2021, they have collaborated on EP’s, singles and live shows as individual artists, honing their style across a variety of sub genres, culminating into the sound you hear on GUERRILLA. After a standout performance opening for Conway the Machine in 2024, they decided to conglomerate under the umbrella of MARKIEVICZ. The EP title represents two key aspects of MARKIEVICZ - their cultural roots and their attitude.
