Gaia is an album of ambient electronic music. In ancient Greek mythology Gaia is the goddess that represents the earth. While making this album natural landscapes of the earth came to mind. Like a lot of ambient music Gaia has no drums. However, the album is very much based on melodic progression and rhythm rather than drones/repetition.
