Preview of forthcoming EP Pramsheds, from the stigmatic Lorem Ipsum, to be released through the Eleven Eleven label. Lorem Ipsum is the altar ego of Fr. Laurence Ignatius Epsom, an Aughrim-based Jesuit brother fascinated by the potential of contemporary music as an unexplored means for communication with God. The EP Pramsheds is a culmination of music introduced into his services over the past two years. Including contributions from the Most Sacred Heart Church's congregation as well as Fr. Epsom's progressive arrangements, the EP recalls sources as diverse as choral hymns to golden age Warp label releases - call it 'parish House': Pramsheds is music for the massless.
