All tracks started off as jams on the OP-Z For the eagle-eyed amongst you, yes, both the album and all the tracks are named after quotes from the 1994 movie 'Speed' starring Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock, Denis Hopper & Jeff Daniels, and several other actors too.
