Widow With A Missionary Grin is the first full length album from Canadian/American collaborative duo Separator. After a chance meeting online, Alex Hill and Jordan Hansen began making music. With lush folk acoustic arrangements reflecting Hansen's feelings of rural Saskatchewan, evoking comparisons to Vashti Bunyan and Hill's shoegazing ambient piano pieces, delicate guitar melodies and swirling phased vocals, the duo have evolved into an experimental music collaborative, working off of each others immense talent to create something truly out-standing from the crowd.
