11:11 was born out of the stillness of lockdown. When the world slowed down in 2020, I finally had some time to stop and look back on the madness, mistakes, and beauty of my twenties. With no work or social distractions I finally had time to finish some of songs I’d been working on for years. The album is a reflection on those formative years — the freedom and recklessness of youth, the people who shape us, and the losses along the way. It’s also a quiet tribute to my mam, my family, and the place I come from. 11:11 is an attempt to make sense of it all — the highs and lows, the transitions, and the strange beauty of growing older. A kind of thank-you to the years that have made me who I am.
