All five tracks are deeply personal journeys. You are essentially reading my diary. It is a responsibility to be introspective to not weigh others down with my burdens, the necessity for healing and growing up. We all carry trauma throughout our lives and I've learnt that these generational traumas will be passed down if we don't decide to heal and learn from mistakes made. Through healing we need to hurt and in these songs you can feel pain from deep within that is poured out as I believe we need to let go to move on. That is why these songs all fit together, as a healing journe. They helped me and hopefully they can help others too.
