Kobina

We're delighted to have recruited Kobina for the next tape in the series. His usual output is dreamy, electronic R&B, but as he explains below he's open to creating whatever inspires him at any given time. "I've been making beats since I started working as Kobina. I think you could hear the Brainfeeder/Flying Lotus influence in some of my earlier releases. I've been working on some stuff behind the scenes with some guys and hope to do more over the next while, I'm trying take reference from stock hip hop but push the envelope a little too." In terms of Irish rappers, Kobina has become more and more confident in the new crop of artists around in 2017.
