太极拳

In English, 太极拳 is written as ‘Tai Chi Quan’. Directly translated, it means ‘Fist of the Great Absolute’. This album came out of a need to make the background music that I practiced Tai Chi to be more interesting. I didn’t succeed, but I did enjoy the process, which was very much influenced by the visual artist, Jack Whitten. The music is best enjoyed with a pair of headphones, and 40 minutes to sit and let your mind wander. It will be good for you.
