Lemonade & Buns (2000)

Released in 2000 to much acclaim, Lemonade & Buns was a worthy follow up to Tóg é go Bog é. It boasts many, many highlights including the summery Rachel's Reel, the swirling Tine Lasta and the magnificent mandolin-led Epicy (used in Cartoon Saloon's Secret of Kells). Most of the recording was done in Uachtar Ard (part of Connemara Gaeltacht), in a large six bedroomed detached house. The watchful eyes and ears were provided by Robbie Dána and the recording desk manned by Simon Taylor.
