This was the band's third outing in time in the studio and they with Colm's song ambum Eist being the first and their EP Groovin' being the second. The lineup had chaned since Dave Odlum and Colm Mac Con Iomaire left to join The Frames. Eoin O'Brin had come in on guitar with Dee Armstrong joining on fiddle. Brothers Colm, Rossa and Rónán's compositions sat alongside the band's arrangements of traditional tunes and Leslie Key and Davey Arthur' tunes.
