FIXITY

KC004 The music of Fixity is composed by Dan Walsh and explored in collective improvisation with other individuals. Whether produced solo or in a group, real-time decision making in melody, human repetition, space and time defines the music in the now, from inception to realisation. The debut album FIXITY was produced in 2015 by Dan and represents the beginning of a project that will manifest itself in many ways. “At the still point of the turning world. Neither flesh nor fleshless; Neither from nor towards; at the still point, there the dance is, But neither arrest nor movement. And do not call it fixity, Where past and future are gathered.
