Madernity

Kampala started recording Madernity in December of 2024. With the help of mixing engineer Diarmuid Breathnach the band was able to successfully capture authentically live performances at their rehearsal room. Over the next year the band arranged and shaped the 10 songs Rob had written in his home studio into the finished articles they have now become. Using ageing gear in a disused office in Ballymount, the band took their time refining the songs, followed by simultaneous live capture of bass, drums and guitars live in the room. Rob then added the vocals and synth parts later and it was all handed off to Diarmuid Breathnach, a long time friend of the band, to mix and master.
