This is a collection of songs about my difficult childhood. They are in a kind of chronological order from 4 years old to adult. My dad was a hippie and my mom was a reluctant hippie. She had borderline personality disorder and I suspect my dad was a psychopath. I grew up in some hippie communes but we were always on the move. I lived in over 20 places before i was 19. lt is my hope that some listeners will find these songs relatable to their own experiences. I had no intention of putting these songs out when i recorded them, and I generally find them embarrassing, but I also think they make up my strongest album to date.
