Ghost Of A Bird

These were two tracks that I recorded around 2008 which never found a home, so I gave them their own release as I think they compliment each other well. Ghost Of A Bird was made in response to an injured starling which I found in my garden, which sadly I couldn't bring back to health. It features a contact mic recording of a bird feeding. Sleeping Ship aims to capture a soundworld which presides in those moments between wakefulness and sleep, where sounds can be real, imagined or maybe both. JB October 2021.
