Floor Tom Fest was an all day event that happened in Todmorden, West Yorkshire in September 2019 as part of Tor Fest. Willie Stewart (Woven Skull, Hypnagogic tapes) was asked to curate a whole day of performances based around the Floor Tom. The rules were: No other drums or instruments allowed. However the use of bells and gongs was permitted. Effects, voice and loops stations were also allowed. 8 drummers and non drummers were handpicked from the surrounding areas of Manchester, leeds, Todmorden and also Ireland and Scotland. So here it is documented for you to enjoy and download.. the worlds first ever Floor Tom Fest!
