My debut full length record, a labour of love featuring various recordings produced over the last almost two years of the hourglass project. Created with the help and continuous feedback from friends and acquaintances. Treat this as a soundtrack to our dying world and a nihilistic hymn to our future. This LP and title track are named after the fictional religious cult featured in Nick Cave's book 'And the Ass saw the Angel,' whilst the tracks themselves draw inspiration from a series of different themes like war, religion, disease, Mutually Assured Destruction and the Fermi paradox.
