Matthew Xavier Corrigan will conclude his work under the Ghostking is Dead alias on April 30th with the release of new LP And Just Like That… With the project dating back to well before the foundation of Hausu Records in 2018, Corrigan will be wrapping it up to focus on releasing music under his given name. Over the course of four years, the project experimented without bounds, bringing the artist's unique voice and songwriting quirks to excursions in rock, pop, folk, electronic music and various fusions between, drawing comparisons to artists as far apart as Talking Heads and Destroyer. Now it is to be laid to rest.
