House That The Trees Reclaimed

An album of songs written in a stone house on the river Shannon, replete with wistful odes, murder ballads and poetry. ‘House That The Trees Reclaimed’ is the product of Baker’s past 5 years in France and Ireland, culminating in a year living in East Clare, on the banks of the river Shannon, studying for the inaugural year of the MA in Songwriting in the Irish World Academy, Limerick. The course was run by musician and presenter Carl Corcoran and its visiting tutors included Duke Special, Lisa Hannigan, Mick Flannery and John Spillane.
