The name Anjukah, comes from the indigenous word "anjuca", which in turn is a black Jurema drink "mimosa hostilis". Jurema wine is worshiped in the rituals of some tribes in northeastern Brazil and contains the active ingredient DMT "Dimetiltripitamina". Anjukah project is the fusion of two minds that have been overcome by the sounds and harmonies of the forest.
