Fómhar

Fómhar – Fuil Na Seanchoille’s third album – represents a rebirth through exploration of the intersection between past, present and future. Each of the rituals observes the Celtic seasons while simultaneously representing the Wurundjeri seasons observed by the people before invasion. It is known that the acoustic properties of ancient structures may influence human brain function. This recording has been subjected to impulse response recordings made by Frank Stevens of AudioLab from the ancient monument of Newgrange.
