Zvuku returns with a new 5 track EP. The Slow Loss has a single theme segmented by 4 parts and a bridge. Delicate sharp electronics, sleek timbres and disruptive jarring pads and cold rhythms. Sounding like it was crafted from ice, all the tracks have their origin in a live sampling and resampling system running on both an Octatrack and also in Max for Live. It pushes live audio through constantly recording sampling tracks which allows for dynamic re-sequencing of said audio on the fly. A refreshing electronic bag of treats. Crispy.
